General support
Email is the public support route for account access, purchase records, download problems, listing questions, payout setup, and technical issues. Use the address connected to your ToneLot account when possible.
Open a new message with a ToneLot support subject.
You can also join the ToneLot Discord for community conversation. Do not post private account or payment information in a public channel.
02
What to include
- ✓Your ToneLot username
Do not send your password. Your username or profile link is enough to start.
- ✓The exact page or listing
Include the ToneLot URL and the beat title when the question involves a listing.
- ✓The complete error message
Copy the text or attach a screenshot with unrelated personal information hidden.
- ✓A transaction reference
For a purchase or payout, include the ToneLot, Stripe, or PayPal reference shown on screen—never a secret key.
03
Safety, fraud, and copyright
Use the report control on a beat listing or message when the problem is tied to content or another account. For a copyright takedown or counter-notice, use the dedicated Copyright / DMCA page so the required legal information is collected in the correct format.
If a card charge or PayPal transfer looks unfamiliar, contact the payment provider promptly as well as ToneLot. Payment providers control their own dispute and account-security processes.
04
Keep private information private
Do not email your password, full card number, bank login, Firebase secret, Stripe secret key, PayPal Client Secret, one-time login code, or authenticator setup key.
Support may ask you to verify control of your account through the normal sign-in or recovery flow. Sensitive payment details should only be entered on the secure provider page opened from ToneLot.
